I have a demonstrated history of using unique training and development programmes to enhance the skills of business owners and teams within the franchise sector. I'm a glass half full kinda gal, and love to see people grow and develop. I adore my kids and my grandchildren. Watching and helping them grow is totally awesome. So what do I do? I work with business owners who want to use franchising as a vehicle for growth. I also work with existing franchisors who want to add leadership and business management skills to the training they offer to their franchisees. How do I do that? I have developed a series of ILM recognised training programmes that challenge and enhance the business, leadership and management skills of the business owners. Our franchisor programmes help business owners to become effective franchisors, whilst our franchisee programmes develop the business management and leadership skills of busy franchisees.
