Joel has been an entrepreneur since the age of 19, now 33 years on he has experience of many different industries including retail, catering, health & fitness, technology and sport. Joel is our MD, the CEO of the Quality Franchise Association & has been a Franchisor twice himself.
Ian Townsend
COO
Ian has over 20 years as a solicitor and runs his own successful practise, specialising in all aspects of franchising and advising clients across the UK. He has acted for both Franchisor’s and Franchisee’s, on a wide range of franchising matters which includes advising on franchise structures, franchise agreements and franchise disputes. Ian applies his extensive legal knowledge of franchising with a practical and commercial approach to advising franchise owners to achieve the best possible outcome.
